Babae is a visual style conversion application operated by Babae Team.
Because the app works by transforming images supplied by users, certain technical handling of data is unavoidable. This document explains that handling in practical terms rather than legal abstractions.
If you continue to use Babae, you are choosing to proceed under the conditions described here. If you disagree, you should discontinue use before uploading any images.
When you submit an image to Babae, the system processes that image only to generate the visual style you selected. The transformation focuses on surface-level visual characteristics such as color tone, texture, lighting balance, and artistic patterns.
The system does not interpret images as representations of people, identities, or personal traits. Images are treated as visual input, not personal records.
Once the transformation is completed and the output is delivered, the temporary processing context used for rendering is cleared. Babae does not maintain independent image libraries or reuse uploaded content beyond this single-purpose operation.
Babae does not collect, analyze, store, or infer facial data or biometric identifiers.
The app does not include facial recognition, facial landmark detection, identity verification, or biometric classification features. It does not attempt to determine who appears in an image or extract information related to facial structure or identity.
If a face appears in an uploaded image, it is treated no differently than any other visual element in the frame. The rendering process applies stylistic changes to the image as a whole, without isolating or interpreting facial regions.
No facial datasets, biometric profiles, or identity-related records are created or retained at any stage.
Beyond image processing, Babae may handle limited operational information required for the app to function properly. This includes basic device information, system version details, and error reports generated when the app fails or behaves unexpectedly.
This information is used strictly to keep the service stable and to diagnose technical issues. It is not used to build usage profiles, predict behavior, or track users across other services.
Some features of Babae require access to device-level functions. These requests occur only when necessary:
1. Access to stored photos or the camera is required when you choose to upload or capture an image.
2. Network access is required to transmit image data and retrieve generated results.
3. Microphone access, if enabled, is used only to convert speech into text within input fields.
All permissions are optional and controlled by your device settings. Declining access limits specific features but does not activate alternative or hidden data collection.
Babae relies on external infrastructure providers to deliver its service, such as servers used for processing and delivery. These providers operate under strict instructions and are not permitted to use data for their own purposes.
Babae does not sell user data and does not share information with advertising networks or data brokers.
Data is retained only for as long as it serves an operational purpose.
Image-related processing data is temporary by design and removed automatically after transformation is completed. Support communications may be kept briefly to resolve issues or respond to inquiries.
Babae is intended for users 17 years of age and older.
The app is not designed for minors, and Babae does not knowingly process information from users under this age threshold. If underage use is identified, access may be restricted and related data removed.
This privacy disclosure may be updated to reflect changes in how Babae operates. When revisions occur, the updated version replaces previous versions inside the app. Continued use indicates acceptance of the revised disclosure.
